Colleague: "At least it's not heavy."
Me: "It's got more sugar in it than a Twix. The Twix is just honest about it."

The WSO has been in contact with Jaspal Singh Gill regarding reports he was denied the opportunity to write a Winnipeg Police Service recruitment exam unless he removed his kirpan.
We have written to @wpgpolice seeking policy changes to ensure Sikh applicants are not excluded from policing because of their faith.
There is no legal justification to exclude the kirpan. Sikhs proudly serve in police services across Canada while maintaining their articles of faith.

Mark Friesen has passed. He worked tirelessly for the dignity, respect and freedom of the Canadian people.
He deserved much better than this country gave him but he didn't complain. Mark was made to sacrifice and suffer significantly for his beliefs but he did not bend. He defiantly fought on until the very end.
Friesen was an honest man, a good friend and a great Canadian.

Cuffed Single Arm Cable Lateral Raises
These are a contender for BEST Side Delt exercise known to man and here are some tips to help you ensure your reps look PERFECT:
- Set pulley at wrist height
- Brace against the cable tower with your non working arm
- Drive your wrist up and out in an arc-like motion (this is KEY)
- Keep palm parallel to the floor
- Stop when you upper arm is in line with your shoulder
- Lower the weight under control until your wrist is at your side starting to drift toward the midline of your body
“Why the Cuff?”
The Cuff reduces perception of effort and ultimately leads to a greater stimulus for the Side Delts
