This morning, TPPF’s Senior Fellow Mandy Drogin is testifying before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government on the harmful impacts of Plyler v. Doe and its effects on America’s schools and students.

At last a hearing to debate overturning Plyler v Doe. @RepChipRoy points out the decision had "no basis in law" and is an example of legislating from the bench. The cost to the taxpayer has been tremendous - ESL US schools costs $78B annually, according to 2022 study.
