Pausing immigration isn’t a radical or unprecedented idea. The United States did it before—and the country thrived as a result. We have even stronger reasons to do it again today.

Rep. Roy is proud to be an original cosponsor of the No Capital Gains Tax on Family Farms Act. This important legislation would help alleviate the tax burdens our farmers are facing. The House must make serious efforts to stop farm bankruptcies by voting on this bill immediately.

Texas or any state in America should not be home to unlawful Chinese-run birth tourism businesses. Rep. Roy is calling on Congress to pass the One Nation, One Visa Bill to shut down China's exploitation of birthright citizenship.
