Held a $BTC short position from May 13 to June 3 One of the biggest lessons from this trade wasn’t finding the entry, it was having the patience to stay committed to the bias while the market unfolded. In trading, profits often come not from constant action, but from the ability to wait while your analysis plays out. Patience is an edge. Anyone can enter a trade, but very few can sit through the noise, ignore the temptation to exit prematurely, and allow time to work in their favor. This trade was a reminder that discipline gets you into the position, but patience is what allows you to extract the move. The market rewards those who can wait.

The truth is most people don’t even trade patterns. They just trade. It pulls you in again and again, whispering, “this time will be different.” So you try again. And again. Chasing that one win that feels overdue. Some people keep running after it like the wind, never catching it. Others stop, drained, left alone with the weight of their emotions. Because in the end, Forex isn’t just about strategy, it’s about control. Emotional control. That urge to jump back in after a loss? That’s where accounts get blown. That feeling of “I must recover it now”? That’s revenge trading. That impatience when the market isn’t moving? That’s where overtrading begins. The market will always be there. Your capital, and your discipline, might not be if you don’t protect them. Stick to your plan. Trade less, but trade right. And most importantly, master yourself before trying to master the market.

Traders struggle sometimes because they don't have a mechanical plan👇 When you have a proper Mechanical trading plan in place, you won't find yourself confused when making some trading decisions. Example⏩️ price is in an uptrend, but we want to trade the pullback, The plan could be "if Price tags my sell poi before tapping into the discount level of that range then the sell has high probability of playing " (Check first Slide) BUT If price taps into discount before Tagging the Sell poi, then i won't take the sell trade because it will fail (check second slide). How did i come up with this plan? It has been backtested and proven , all i have to do is follow the plan every time i want to trade.
