They say cattle harm the planet, but our ranch upcycles approximately 300,000 to 1 million pounds of cull carrots each day by turning what would have been food waste into feed for our cattle. Carrot-finishing is one part of how we raise premium American beef while making better use of resources already available in our region. This approach supports nearby farms, local ranchers, other producers, and the California agricultural economy while creating value from resources already grown in our region.
