Karina was my supervisor when I worked at IWP. She was so helpful and friendly, and I was lucky to have met some wonderful people because of her. A very big loss in Organisational Psychology and beyond.

It is with great sadness that we share the news that Professor Karina Nielsen passed away yesterday. Karina's expertise in work psychology is globally recognised and she was a valued colleague and mentor.  She will be greatly missed both within IWP and more widely.
