@HalifaxBank They confirmed that the card had been blocked due to potential fraud, but once I'd confirmed it was me and a few details they released the card.

@HalifaxBank Yes, a payment I was trying to make for an online item got cancelled. Got a text staying the card, refailer amount etc.. anx I was asked to call the number to discuss.. but stated if was for Lloyds when I called. So I called the number on the back of my card.

@ChloeJohnson17 @HM_Passport Called today and was told I couldn’t upgrade since we aren’t flying until September.. so was I told I could upgrade the other day?? Seems like it just depends who you speak to! So fed up xx

@HM_Passport how long is it currently taking to update after receiving supporting documents for it to update online? They've been at Newport since the 9th. Not recieved on my application yet.

@sadiemcdonald95 @HM_Passport A friend of mine travelled to Durham yesterday (our closest office) and managed to get theirs for their flight today, they also had to pay another £120 for the "upgrade"! Don't fancy having to wait so long for it🙈 hopefully they catch up soon, it's frustrating!

@ChloeJohnson17 @HM_Passport It’s so bad! We were 10 weeks yesterday so I emailed and just got a load of rubbish back, about how I should check my junk Mail etc🙄 going to phone tomorrow I think as getting nowhere just waiting!! It’s just ridiculous😭 Xx

@ChloeJohnson17 @InterUranus @HM_Passport I’ve just called them and they did a progress check and said that they couldn’t see any of our applications on the system, WTF!! Apparently someone is going to call me back within 24 hours but I highly doubt it. Maybe worth checking yours as well? X
