I checked my inbox this morning and remembered I sent 6 emails to myself last night after I shut my computer down because I kept thinking of more school ideas and didn’t want to forget them. Does anyone else do this or just me?

At any given moment you could find yourself with someone who is barely holding it together on the inside - regardless of how you “see” them on the outside. Choose kindness every single time.

You can tell a teacher to take the weekend off, to push school to the side, to avoid email, and to avoid 12-14 hour days...but they will tell you that most of the time, being highly effective in their role requires them to use their personal time. Teachers need us to know that.

I’m teaching my virtual students without shoes and I’m in the school building. There are bigger fish to fry than shoes. As long as what I can see is school appropriate, we’re good. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🙌🏼
