"FOCUSING ON FOOD SECURITY NOT THE BALLOT BOX." "SUFFICIENT TIME FOR PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION." This is ZANU PF's CAB3 propaganda — pasted on the very kombis that carry ordinary Zimbabweans to work every day. Now open the Bill. Read all 21 clauses. There is not one word about food security. Not one word about project implementation. Not a single benefit for the common man. What CAB3 actually does: extends the President's term by stealth, hands the choice of future Presidents from voters to MPs, packs the Senate with presidential appointees, abolishes the Gender Commission, repeals the Peace and Reconciliation Commission, and strips the Electoral Commission of the voters' roll. That is the Bill. The kombi slogans are a lie because the truth does not sell. When a government hires a chorus of discredited apologists to convince you something good is being done to you, something else is usually being done to you. Submissions close 17 May 2026. @joseph_kalimbwe @Sebabi_M You have no idea how bad it is in South Africa 🇿🇦 Joseph. Take time to watch their news channels like eNCA, SABC News and Newzroom Africa. Follow the Commissions of Inquiry and court proceedings, you will have a different opinion.

Watching South African President Cyril Ramaphosa address his nation over the Phala Phala issues. Got to admire SA's public institutions. The fact that a President explains himself. Elsewhere they'd just close any TV station that speaks about corruption involving the President !!

CITIZENS UNITED: 'ZIMBABWE BELONGS TO US, NOT ELITES' Zimbabweans are standing firm, reminding political elites that one man, one vote is the only way forward. The message is clear: the country belongs to its citizens, not those in power. "No leader is bigger than the constitution. No party is greater than the people," say activists. Local activists are echoing the call, urging Glen View residents to defend the national constitution and demand inclusive governance. "Power comes from the people," said Paul Gorekore. Citizens are united in rejecting Constitution Amendment Bill No. 3 (CAB3) without a referendum. Zimbabweans are asserting their right to shape the country's future, refusing to be silenced or sidelined.

Harare-based lawyer Doug Coltart on the current hotly contested constitutional amendments debate: "Why CAB3 takes away 'One Man One Vote' through Delimitation. This is the first of a series of videos explaining why I believe the Constitution of Zimbabwe Amendment Bill No. 3 (#CAB3) is a threat to democracy and a negation of the liberation struggle ideal "One Man One Vote" -- and what we can do about it!"

🚩Zimbabweans are once again experiencing conditions they had fought hard to escape. How can there be individuals labeled "vapanduki" in a country that claims to be democratic? This is a stark indication that human and political rights are not being upheld. Stop treating citizens like animals and start respecting their rights. #DefendTheConstitution #2030Musipo

Starmer was put there by those who own most Western politicians after they systematically drove out Corbyn, for obvious reasons. He’s a bland Establishment figure who inspires no one. Streeting is worse! He might want the leadership contest to happen now before there’s an opening for Andy Burnham to return to Parliament, having been blocked earlier in rather cowardly fashion by an insecure Starmer. Streeting is owned by the same forces and has nothing of the solid technocratic career history that at least Starmer can boast of. If he becomes leader, the Greens will comprehensively take over on the Left and become the default counterpoise to Reform. That’ll leave Labour facing the same regression to insignificant minority party as the Tories! How times are changing!

The only people protecting Starmer are the media. They have protected him for this long. Remember how they treated Liz, Boris & even Theresa? If the MSM actually reported the news, our elites would have known long ago how big Reform had become & where the electorate’s mood was.

.@glenmpani one key question you should have no problems answering: When did Zimbabweans ever clamour for a change in how they elect their President? This “debate” you’re “contributing” to - where among Zimbabwean citizens has it arisen from? Ndepapi uye ndiriini ruzhinji rweZimbabwe parwakati tiri kunzwa shungu yokushandura masarurirwo emutungamiri wenyika? Of course, the question is redundant, because this is a contrived debate. It is not organic; it’s imposed by E.D’s cabal and fuelled by his consultant narrative builders - yourself, @ProfJNMoyo and others - to try and make it a real thing.

Not only is it a moral obligation ; it is a constitutional one too. It is wholly immoral and unconstitutional to exclude the diaspora from consultation on Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 (CAB3). Zimbabweans in the diaspora are citizens, stakeholders, and part of the national democratic process. With an estimated 3–4 million Zimbabweans living abroad nearly 30% of the population our voices cannot be ignored. The diaspora must organise, mobilise, and prepare for collective legal and civic action. Zimbabwe belongs to ALL Zimbabweans. #ZimSaysNoCAB3 #NothingForUsWithoutUs

It is actually very silly to think you can fundamentally change public opinion in Zimbabwe using paid trolls, bots, and ghost accounts. Zimbabweans are living the reality of unemployment, collapsed hospitals, corruption, power cuts, poor roads, and an economy that has failed millions of people. No amount of fake accounts on social media can convince someone with no electricity, no clean water, and no job that their life is improving. Manufactured consensus online does not change lived reality offline. At best, these ghost accounts create noise, intimidate some people, and distort conversations temporarily, but they cannot permanently alter what people experience every single day in their homes, communities, and wallets. In fact, overuse of trolls often has the opposite effect because people eventually recognise the coordinated messaging and lose even more trust in those deploying it. What I find fascinating is the huge number of bots and ghost accounts, many of them opened in 2026, which have completely spoiled any genuine attempt to engage with the CAB 3 debate. The use of these accounts demonstrates a certain type of desperation by whoever is deploying them. Instead of engaging intellectually, they flood the conversation with coordinated agreement and attempt to manufacture the illusion of overwhelming public support. What is even more revealing is how many of these accounts have little to no posting history, very few followers, and exist almost entirely to amplify one narrative. It exposes how social media manipulation is now being comically used to distort public debate. It also shows how amateur the person behind this operation is, an incompetent individual with access to vast resources but completely lacking strategic thinking. It is a crude and unsophisticated approach that mistakes noise for influence. Instead of strengthening their position, it exposes desperation and a complete misunderstanding of how public opinion is actually formed in a society where people are living through the crisis themselves every day.
