@Falls_November It’s not really to loose weight per say but just general well being. Not sure if I believe it so I’m just trying it to see if people are bias when it comes to it 😂😂😂 and I have no intention to give up meat completely in the long run!

@Chonkerzz I did it for 6 months ... Lost a ton of weight. Was great, though I am a picky eater. Meaning i ate like 2 things for 6 months.
Ultimately there are many diets out there that help people with heir health, though nothing beats informing yourself of the nutritional labels /
