@amazon trying to better understand why my refund was denied. The we won't tell, and yes we will keep your money doesn't align when its a couple grand. I'm trying to work with support to solve, though they are leaving chat actively, and being very condescending.

@AmazonHelp Yes, we followed all the traditional steps to submit the return. We also shipped it back with the supplied label. I'm just not sure where the disconnect is. Though as it stands I'm out both the product and the money.

@AmazonHelp From what I was able to gather, despite having sent the item back, amazon took almost 30 days to issue a statement. We are now outside of the return window, without the item, and no refund will be issued. Basically... we donated money to Amazon.

@Smartsheet ya know... working with your sales team to get a trial with specific features.... is painful. Trying to build something close enough to what I have today and it appears I'm going to have to synch 3-8 hours with a person vs doing it myself....
