Fitz did a lot of things really well, and one thing very, very poorly. That was drafting…miss after miss, reach after reach, and it cost him and the team. Every GM has hits and misses with FAs, and I would call Fitz league average there because players have the ultimate say in where they go. But drafted players don’t have a say and Fitz continually blew the pick. #NJDevils

If Jack Hughes stayed healthy all year, this team would be in the playoffs. No doubt in my mind.
