Wellbeing is important in any environment that can affect mental health. We have recently been working at an approved premises for ex-offenders. Giving them the opportunity to connect with nature, grow plants and focus has really benefited the participants #WorldMentalHealthDay

We have been running some very successful Lifeboat sessions here at Chorlton - what a nice way to spend a weekend! ⛵️
