@ChetanRastogi12 Dear Chetan, kindly check the account statement we have shared today as well, you have received a refund of ₹ 2190 on 25th March 2023. The ref number 308067364004. This is same for the amount that got debited from your account on the 21st March 2023. Please refer today's email.

@chqbook I have already checked.. No refund from bank

@chqbook have done a transaction on 21/03/2023 of amount Rs. 2190 via phonepe whose UTR No. 308067364004 to a merchant but it got failed and the said amount has been deducted from my A/C no. 502000917573 which still now not refunded and Customer care don't have time to listen..
