@StevenCheah @TheRealHoz35 I really hate the whole thing of “stealing cards” in blackjack. It makes no sense to me, a person not playing by the book will help you the same amount as they hurt you. People only remember the times they get screwed over because of it, never when they win from it.

As you guys know I’m usually a nerd about this sort of thing but the Bonus Bet Police are way off almost all the time when it comes to $10k free bets. Optimal to Ugly Joe is not the same as optimal for Beersy. Most people get way more happiness out of betting the over and collecting $9k than betting what Ugly Joe would call “optimal” and losing. Real $9k is much prettier and buys way more beer than hypothetical “optimal” money. Add in how he got the free bet (not by losing but by winning a contest) and the fact he had another $10k on a long shot and it seems more than optimal. The Bonus Bet Police drive me INSANE.

I was a kid in the 90s, and by the time I was 12 I had stayed at my friends houses hundreds of nights for sleepovers. My friends stayed with me hundreds of nights for sleepovers. Video games. Making home movies. Snacks. Bewshittin'. My sons are 8 and 12 and neither of them have ever been to a sleepover. Neither of them have ever tried to get one cooking at my house. And don't get me wrong - I do NOT want other kids at my house. But I wouldn't deny my kids the opportunity to make those memories. Are sleepovers just not a thing anymore? What is going on?
