@Mozzasoft @LloydsBank Sorry Steve, I and my family have been Lloyds customers for generations. They really couldn't care less. The inability to use a card abroad is apparently " not within their control".

@Chris50t @LloydsBank The bank will certainly be able to advise why the card isn't working in which ever cash machine / Shop it was used in... Lloyds have always been very good to me and family for years! I wouldn't use any other bank to be honest.

Thank you @LloydsBank. A lifetime as a customer but you have "no control" over my card being rejected abroad for the 2nd year running and that it will continue to happen. What sort of service is that? Time to find a bank who will look after their customers at all times.

@Mozzasoft @LloydsBank Thanks Steve but the settings are off, so it should work abroad but it doesn't. Caused problems for over a year and the bank can offer no solution nor do they appear to care.

@Chris50t @LloydsBank Change the settings of your card in the app so it can be used abroad.. I lock mine down to UK and approved websites only, I get zero problems... Couldn't wish for a better UK bank..

@LloydsBank Have been through your complaints team. A refund of the expenses and some money by way of apology does not rectify the problem. It has been confirmed that the problem will recur every time I go abroad and it is "beyond your control". That is not customer service.

@Chris50t Hi Chris, I'm Takshi. I’m really sorry your card was declined abroad again, that’s not the experience we want for you. Were you using the card in a shop, online, or at an ATM when it was declined? That can help us understand what may have triggered it.

@antgib @SomersetCCC So what happened today @antgib?I could neither watch nor listen for a variety of reasons. Have only just seen the scorecard. Pitiful!

Another of those days when an underpowered @SomersetCCC attack plugged away with great spirit and skill, whilst lacking a real cutting edge. Gregory’s bowling and Jack Leach’s brilliant catch the highlights of a day when what is a very good Surrey team were kept in check

@OctopusEnergy Fair play @OctopusEnergy once you were on it you had someone here within 2 hours. He was an absolute legend, replaced the meter, reset the boiler - hot water and heating restored. Maybe look at your process for notifying emergencies? Otherwise a good service.

@OctopusEnergy Now in direct contact with you as a result of an Instagram post. Not impressed that we receive a swifter response to a social media post than to a report of an emergency.

Great work at Christmas @OctopusEnergy A house full of children, no gas supply and the only means of contact is by "emergency" email which produces no response. And a Happy New Year to you too....

Got married yesterday. Naturally, cricket was played. @goldengirlwd18 made a 12-ball 🦆 She’s 7 months pregnant so I’ll excuse the low strike rate

Glorious morning at Chester le Street. Can @DurhamCricket build a meaningful lead in good batting conditions? Can @SomersetCCC take 4 quick wickets to remain competitive in a low scoring match?

@antgib @SomersetCCC A long way from home and not much decent cider on offer but a reasonable fightback by the end of the day. Green top and overcast gave Durham a huge advantage but we did not help ourselves at times.

Not @SomersetCCC’s best day. 171 was disappointing, even on a greenish pitch, and with Bedingham still there, Durham are poised for a useful lead as the pitch flattens out. But well bowled Jake Ball, with 3 big wkts, inc Ben Stokes for 0! Not bad from a concussion sub!

@talkSAINTS Entirely predictable when you appoint a manager with a history of mid table mediocrity and let many of your best players go.

Looking at the league table this evening, what an unbelievably depressing sight. Understanding that it is still early(ish) days, but an automatic position feels like it is already out of the picture #Saintsfc

@SaintRob__ I said Martin was a poor and surprising appointment at the time. Sadly nothing so far to prove me wrong.

I completely understand those who are doubting Martin, 9 goals conceded in 2 games is inexcusable. Jack Stephens’ seems to have affected us. Potentially with the captain out standards have slipped. 39 games to go. We go again Tuesday, massive week up next. A lot to do. #SaintsFC
