@AvantiWestCoast hello, I'm unable to refund a journey next week, which I can't make due to a family illness. I was offered the chance to change to a new date but it worked out cheaper to book a whole new return ticket as someone has to come with me and we have a Railcard...

@northernassist Hello, I have had a delay repay claim approved but it is only for 50% of the amount I believe is due. When I click through, it says I can't appeal it and the claim is still "in progress". Please can you assist?

@thetrainline hello, I had tickets from Bradford to Carlisle today bought via your site, Bradford station was closed due to a gas leak so I have to get a service 2 hours later. The journey was split across Northern and Avanti. Who/where do I claim delay repay? Thanks

@ChrisA Their ticket will be valid on the 1518 service as the matter has now been resolved.

@AvantiWestCoast hello my parents have an advance ticket from Preston to Carlisle but have been evacuated from Bradford station where they are coming from. Can they use the ticket on a later train when they get moving?
