Just finished a technical interview... The process consisted of me implementing a new feature into one of my personal projects while the interviewer followed along I actually enjoyed this opposed to the typical technical interview question but I’m still nervous as shit 😭

Yesterday a jr. employee reached out to me to give me some negative feedback about a decision I made. Inside I was celebrating. When a jr. employee feels psychologically safe enough to give the CEO negative feedback, you know you've built a healthy culture.

@CarolynLyden When I read this type of post I’m so thankful for my career. I had those experiences years ago but now my firm is filled with people who live the values I have. It’s wonderful - there is so much to do as an ally but it’s great that so many of us exist now 👍

@Christo85880658 I'm not totally sure, but I'm working on some changes to Text Case at the moment, so I'll totally check it out and see what I can do! For now, Text Case does have a share extension, but I understand it's not the same as having all the formats exposed as services.

@chrishannah is there any way you could add your awesome TextCaseApp as a Finder extension or even expose those options as services like the WordService app does? That would be super cool because your app much better than WordService devontechnologies.com/support/downlo…

@chrishannah Ah - I found the Share extension → that's good enough my friend. Now I need to learn how to add Share extensions to my own code. Thanks !
