Some of our first lessons in love, sacrifice and even money came from Mum. The older we get, the more we realise how much she quietly poured into us. And now, we’re pouring back into her, strengthening the legacy she started. Happy Mothers' Day. #StanbicBank #HappyMothersDay

BREAKING NEWS: @GovWike Collapses During Meeting in Abuja Due to Excessive Alcohol Consumption; Diagnosed with Partial Stroke Former Rivers State Governor @GovWike reportedly collapsed during a meeting in Abuja due to excessive alcohol intake. Doctors have confirmed that this incident resulted in a partial stroke, and he has been urgently flown to France for medical treatment. The situation unfolded dramatically at the Abuja meeting when Wike suddenly collapsed. He was immediately taken to the State House Clinic, where doctors found a high level of alcohol in his system, which they believe triggered the stroke. Medical experts have warned that his condition may be irreversible, indicating that he might never regain full mobility. In light of the seriousness of the situation, he was rapidly transported to a hospital in France for advanced care, and his prognosis is grave.

The moment Abacha’s children start to say they envied Abacha for his great leadership, I fell asleep. Abacha brought tyranny and pain to Nigerians. Those days we could barely speak. So much hurt. Abacha’s children should start by telling us why Ken Saro wiwa was killed, why kudirat was killed? Before they go on the path of revisionism. They should account for the blood spilled by their father!

One of the saddest things I have witnessed in a very long time is people having the audacity to come online and justify the killing of Aminu Sahabi Salisu, the EFCC agent who was fatally shot while serving Nigeria on active duty by a suspected internet fraudster named Joshua Chukwubueze Ikechukwu in Awka, the Anambra State capital. Also, why has Peter Obi not condemned this evil act? It happened in his state. Is he in support of it? Just three days ago he condemned a terrorist attack in Borno the same day it happened. A week ago, he spread fake news about the National Grid collapse. Yet, days after this act of wickedness Mr. Peter Obi has said nothing. Is Peter Obi in solidarity with Joshua Chukwubueze Ikechukwu? We need to understand as a country that people like Salisu are what stand between us and anarchy. Before his death, Salisu was planning his wedding Fatiha. He was dedicated to Nigeria. And was an upstanding member of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission community. Now, all of that has been brought to a tragic end by an alleged criminal. May God grant this martyr of law and order al-Jannah Firdaus. May the Almighty comfort his parents and surviving members. And may all those involved in the crime of his death get their justice here on Earth and in the hereafter. I call on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to memorialise Salisu by naming a deserving structure after him.

Nononsense
Nononsense@NoNonsensezone·
IGBOS are celebrating the murder of an EFCC agent, “Salisu,” who was shot dead by an Igbo man in Anambra. They claim the man deserved to be killed, and Nigerians are silent. Honestly, I’m not surprised at all. These same people are pushing for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed terrorist organization “IPOB” in Nigeria. This group is responsible for numerous Insecurities across the country. Yet, the Igbos and their leaders continue to advocate for his release. The same people were praising Simon Ekpa before his arrest for terrorizing the nation. If this EFCC agent had been shot dead in Yoruba land by a Yoruba man, the narrative on social media would be entirely different by now. We all know what we are doing !!!

They know the truth about Peter Obi. They saw his spectacular failure as Anambra Governor. They are just supporting him because of ethnicity. #TableShaker
