@dj45williams The only thing I want to see from him as AD is his resignation letter.

What could Hunter Yurachek do to change any negative view you may have towards him? This comes after what seems to be an overwhelming amount of frustration directed at him after any news that comes out about the Razorbacks! Looking for actual answers to what you would like to see from him as Athletic Director!

Name a third baseman from the 70s or 80s. The first guy who pops in your head. I’ll start:

@WarMachine2013 That 80 yarder up the middle against Miami. Should have won that game. But Arkansas.

@AIRGold_ Dude is at BEST a mid carder. His wife is even worse. AEW would be monumentally stupid to bring either one into the fold. Hit the indies Black. Maybe you’ll be a cult hero there.

Aleister Black didn't wanna take pins in AEW cause he thought he was too good. He returned to WWE on April 25, 2025. Lost most of his matches. Didn't win a single title. Didn't wrestle on any PLEs. Today, he got released. Let this be a lesson to everyone that the grass is not greener.

#OTD 1988 - The Cardinals trade fan favorite Tommy Herr to the Twins for Tom Brunansky. In his 10 season with the Cardinals, Herr was a known for his timely hitting, steady influence on the field and in the clubhouse, and was a key cog to the Whiteyball era of baseball. #STLCards

Who was the baseball voice of your youth? For me, it was Dan Shulman and Buck Martinez. And Joe Morgan and Jon Miller

@TheDrainmaker And for all you little Rey Rey guys. You know what his absolute most memorable moment in the business is? Getting lawn darted by Kevin Nash into a trailer on Nitro. Just because Vince made him champion doesn’t mean that “it worked.”

@TheDrainmaker This is absolutely the worst point in the history of wrestling. This little 150 pound bag of bones is so totally unbelievable as a champion.

"When you say [Darby's] the right guy, I completely disagree. As far as doing a title change on a Wednesday TV, that's fine. To me the World Champion should be the top guy generally but certainly top 3 or 4 in your company... and he's not." - Dave Meltzer youtu.be/G-PZcK4NLqU?si…

Reporter: Did you post that picture of yourself depicted as Jesus Christ? Trump: It wasn't a depiction. I did post it and I thought it was me as a doctor. And had to do with red cross as a red cross worker, which we support and only the fake news could come up with that one.

Arkansas falls to number 22 in the latest D1 poll. 🐗⚾️ Their consecutive streak of being ranked is hanging on by a thread. Their Hogs sit at 56th in the RPI. Another massive road series this weekend at Alabama, the Crimson Tide are 2nd in RPI.

You couldn’t script it better… Cardinals vs Dodgers, ’85 NLCS, Game 5… Ozzie Smith hits a walk-off homer like he’s a slugger. Baseball at its peak. Remember it?

OTD in 1985. Two years later, the Cardinals actually pulled off a major trade on April Fool’s Day, sending Andy Van Slyke, Mike LaValliere & Mike Dunne to Pittsburgh for all-star catcher, Tony Peña.
1985 Cardinals@HeckOfAYear

From the Post-Dispatch on 4/1/85…It seems like a bad April Fool's joke, but apparently it's not. Rick Hummel reports that with Ozzie in the final year of his contract, #StLCards COO Fred Kuhlman stated, "I think obviously if we can't sign him. that there's got to be some thought of trading him." 😳 #ForTheLou

Happy 70th birthday to Tommy Herr, who batted .302 with 110 RBIs (despite just 8 home runs) in 1985, finishing 5th in the NL MVP voting. When he retired in 1991, he had the best career fielding percentage ever for a National League second baseman.
