@Hertz I prepaid for a car pickup in Maui today but had to cancel my trip due to covid. Simply want to transfer the car to my brother for him to pickup, but Support says it's not possible, and he would pay a higher fee and probably won't get the same vehicle if we cancel. WHAT?
