@LNER Big shout out to all of the staff on the 09:03 Kings Cross to Edinburgh service this morning for their professionalism, kindness and help, particularly the Train Manager Darren.

@LNER I managed to do it in the end, I think it was the train wi-fi, which isn’t great.
