@FunkoDex7 I didnt they rang me on sunday nyt through x as I wouldn't give them my mobile number as if any company is phoning ppl on a sunday nyt to offer them refunds but unfortunately they will catch someone who's vulnerable and doesn't realise.

@FunkoDex7 @zavvi theres something not right going on somewhere my 4k of wicked for good shouldve been sent on the 12th still nothing had an email friday saying it was being despatched that day we are on monday and nothing to say it's been despatched in my account are they stealing from us?

@ChrisJBP @zavvi It’s honestly incredible how contradicting the statements are, one side you’re saying emails were sent highlighting a change in process - on the other you’re sending a confirmation email out 10 days later where it states (twice) that payment won’t be taken. Shocking really..

@zavvi I'm really not sure what is going on with the customer service with you atm but it's not great I had a message Friday to say my order i shouldve had 2 weeks ago was to be despatched Friday and it hasnt been according the my orders on the app

@zavvi @FunkoDex7 I never had an email about any change to pre orders either so I've just pre ordered the strangers things 4k and it has taken the money from my pay pal already when usually it's on despatch on the app it still says money will be taken on despatch too

@FunkoDex7 We sent an email to everybody in our database on 9th March outlining the new pre-order process.

@zavvi hi zavvi have you changed how you take payment for PayPal as I've had money taken for pre orders that usually would only come out on despatch?

@zavvi my order didnt get cancelled there was just a payment issue that got resolved straight away. it would be nice to be told this for a long time vip customer rather than be left with no idea what was going on.

@ChrisJBP Hi Chris, sorry for the radio silence, but the team have been on it - there are a lot of admin hoops to jump through to generate a new shipment when the previous one got cancelled, but it should finally be sorted today!

I don’t think people understand truly how big this. Netflix putting its single biggest hit on 4K physical is proof that physical media is here to stay.
