@zavvi Yep, had a lovely 10minute phone call with them last night where they asked for me to download an app so they could refund the £ for my pre-order, alarm signals went off. Checked the page whilst on the phone and established it was fraudulent. Dodged a bullet!

@ChrisJBP @zavvi It’s honestly incredible how contradicting the statements are, one side you’re saying emails were sent highlighting a change in process - on the other you’re sending a confirmation email out 10 days later where it states (twice) that payment won’t be taken. Shocking really..

@zavvi @FunkoDex7 I never had an email about any change to pre orders either so I've just pre ordered the strangers things 4k and it has taken the money from my pay pal already when usually it's on despatch on the app it still says money will be taken on despatch too

@ChrisJBP @zavvi Nope, me neither - checked my Junk also and nothing there. Nowhere on the website or at point of purchase does it reference the change in process, super misleading and now a headache to cancel or get answers.

@zavvi It really should state this on your website or at point of purchase - I cannot see the email you’re referencing (probably landed in my Junk) so won’t have seen/been notified. I cannot find these new T&C’s on your website - specifically for pre-orders, not just standard.

@FunkoDex7 We sent an email to everybody in our database on 9th March outlining the new pre-order process.

@zavvi Not really acceptable when the funds are now taken but it specifically says they won’t be. I’ve emailed you about this, I’ve also just checked the initial email you sent regarding the release and option to pre-order. States nowhere that funds will be taken.
