@VerizonSupport you guys didn’t show to setup the internet, an appointment made a week in advance, this morning got ahold of someone who said the order for ONT came in today after the appointment, so wait till Monday we can’t help, they’ll set you up for Thursday…2 week setup?

@NYGovCuomo understand there is a difficulty identifying vendors and supply for ventilators. Have a contact to a manufacturer would like to put your office in touch with that has supply. Please let me know who I should email!

@VerizonSupport Trying to setup internet at home...it didn’t work...so the rep said hold, if I can get someone tomorrow would that work, said sure...was on hold then it kicked me off saying you were closed.

@verizonfios @VerizonSupport @verizon made it to the schedule a call back prompt Friday 5pm only options next week...finally choose Monday, the system says goodbye and hangs up, call back, put on hold, 15min later prompt says you’re closed and hangs up #customersupport #fail

@VerizonSupport your agents are pleasant your automation has had me on hold for 4+ hours over 5 days to then after 3 call backs between 5 and 7 to be put on hold and then have the system tell me you’re closed and hang up #fail
