New paper with @Taylor_Lab_Cam and @PhilHolliger! We evolve an RNA-cleaving FANAzyme that can be programmed to cut any RNA transcript. Upon delivery into cells, we demonstrate allele-specific RNA knockdown - cutting oncogenic KRAS transcripts whilst leaving wild-type KRAS intact!

I want to formally thank @mcrae_ewan, @PhilHolliger and colleagues for—after 22 years—*finally* completing my PhD thesis project. 😅 Stunning, absolutely gorgeous work. Congrats to the whole team!!!
