The Bengals have already made a bad decision in not extending and keeping Trey Hendickson. They shouldn't compound that bad decision by letting him walk in free agency for nothing. A tag-and-trade is rare, but this is a rare situation where your biggest need is also the #1 free agent and you're not keeping him. This situation calls for the Bengals to do something different.
