@trishgreenhalgh Multi factors. We have EHR add ons. POLAR or PEN air Primary Sense that take EHR data and use it for QA purposes. Our national prescribing service does similar. At another level we also use practice nurses to drive QA stuff with the practice.

I work in rural primary care & in retrieval The GP job is the hardest. Breadth of knowledge. Decisions in uncertainty. Massive cognitive burden. Time pressure The retrieval is also demanding, physically & mentally, but nowhere near as hard as rural GP work. Not even close.
