BREAKING: An appeal has been filed against the Baltimore County Board of Education and its decision to approve the FY 2027 budget. The Baltimore County Parent and Student Coalition is challenging the legality of the budget vote. This comes after Project Baltimore reported that one board member’s vote appears to have violated state law. Multiple lawmakers have called for the BCPS to "re-vote" on the budget. @FOXBaltimore @chrispapst
