Some are 30 seconds, some 1 minute and I think there is still a 3 minute one. But I haven’t coached guys lacrosse in a while (nearing a decade)

@ChrisRMcCord Kosher salt and open air in the fridge. Added course ground pepper right before the cook and that was it. Most tender and juicy steak I think I’ve ever had

Exactly. While it will free up some time, reduce some stress, it will still be missed, & be a short period of mourning. Never take good things for granted!

@tg_jordan16 @JessWales13 @AlexKurbegov I think making the finals with a close loss in the finals gets us to last 4 out or last 4 in depending on how the other last 4 in/out do this week as well.
So, winning all is the solution. That or time travel to undo a few key SEC losses 😎😢

Vanderbilt loses to Missouri 4-1 and loses the weekend series. The worst series loss of the year by far. I think at-large consideration is out the window at this point.
The best Vanderbilt can finish is 14-16 in the SEC.
