Saying "I just don't trust her" & not voting 4 her is like saying "I just don't like cats" and now your neighborhood is full of rats. #Naive

@StateDept Illegal... like selling massive amounts of cocaine out of your house in Miami like your brother-in-law did before being sentenced to 25 years?
English

@JTheretohelp1 you sound bitter... there's still too much bearish sentiment out there... going higher into '27 and maybe thru-out '27. then , yes, a bear
English

@thekhomish @BTCBULL888 @RyanDetrick Ah, thx for clearing that up. ✅ Yes, I seem to be hard-wired to buy at 52-week lows; it's my nature. I virtually never buy anything at an ATH 🤷♂️
English

@ChrisShepherd16 @BTCBULL888 @RyanDetrick I’d say a new sustained ath in 2013 was the mark. It’s subjective.

"It's not time to make a change... Just relax, take it easy... You're still young, that's your fault... There's so much you have to know... Find a girl, settle down... If you want you can marry... Look at me, I am old but I'm happy... Look at me!" - Drumpf as Cat Stevens

@BTCBULL888 @RyanDetrick No stop calling for tops. We’re in a secular bull that started in 2013.

@Jacob_Osiason the supply of / demand for stock will still favor the bulls. that said, I wish this guy would go away

5 charts that show how bad things are for US consumers at the moment, and how things could only get worse for global markets $SPY
1. Consumer sentiment: 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐰
2. Inflation expectations: 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬
3. Economic conditions index: 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐰
4. Financial situation index: 𝙉𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐰
5. Global Oil Inventories Collapsing
6. $USDC sliding -10%+ against major currency pairs since early 2026
- Manufactured demand in the markets for the $SPCX IPO via passive funds obligated to buy in to the #IPO because they bent the rules for its free float requirement and introduced a 3x multiple.
- CFO of @SpaceX told underwriters they were dumping 30% of the supply on retail. #ExitLiquidity
Funds could potentially cut overextended tech names for liquidity to buy into these IPO's, along with @OpenAI & @AnthropicAI

@ChrisShepherd16 I love me a red market, actually tend to play them better (not sure why), but as the saying goes "Buy when others are fearful & sell when others are greedy"....
"Bulls will make money, and bears will make money, but pigs.. will get slaughtered"
English

@IndexDecoded @RyanDetrick Sohh... a sample size of one? The Fed raising rates this year is about as likely as your kid's rocking horse is to take a dump on the living room floor.
English

The caveat is what equal-weight new highs have preceded historically. Equal-weight RSP hit new highs in January 2022 before a 20% drawdown as rate hikes compressed multiples across the board. Broad participation reduces concentration risk but doesn't insulate the market from a rate or earnings shock that reprices everything simultaneously.
English

@LiquidityMaps @RyanDetrick RSP will do fine over the next 18; Russell 2000 even better. S&P 500 is long in the tooth
English

@RyanDetrick True, RSP is at all time highs. But only 31 out of 500 S&P stocks hit 52-week highs that week same period.
It’s mostly the mechanical rebalancing in equal-weight helping, not broad strength. Still very top-heavy.
English

@RyanDetrick Very much so. Thus, a good buy is AXP (312)

The K-shaped economy?
Ralph Lauren
“Our core consumer continues to be resilient,” said CEO Patrice Louvet on the company’s earnings call.
Wal-Mart
"...while the lower income consumer is more budget conscious and perhaps navigating financial distress,” said chief financial officer John David Rainey.
English

@Jacob_Osiason I don't mean to dodge ur warning; it is very legit. I just think we aren't there yet. LOTS of folks assuming a crash is imminent. I give it another 18 months. Earnings forecasts are just too strong RN for a crash. Jim Paulsen (great)thinks the surprise will be inflation declines
English

@ChrisShepherd16 Absolutely, hence why consumer credit spending is at ATH's- and frankly you are right on the money, the current $SPY with the dot com bubble overlaid in white

English

@Jacob_Osiason Thx, Jacob. I've noticed over 37 yrs navigating that most spending is non-discretionary. If you own an office building and it needs a new roof, you have to buy a new roof. The economy tends to grind on regardless of how folks feel. So... CSL (333) Buy for a big replacement cycle
English

@Jacob_Osiason What consumers say & what they DO can be 2 diff things. Also, "recency bias": Folks tend to always be "fighting the last war." In this case, inflation is the obsession. It should ⬇️ b/c Fed policy has been restrictive. yes, folks r hurting. It will improve. Bubble? Late '27 maybe
English

@ChrisShepherd16 You cannot say that as consumer sentiment is at all time lows so there is no precedent to compare it against
However, I agree with your previous statement in large part.
English

@Jacob_Osiason Thx for your reply. Which statement is my "previous statement"? My point is that low points in consumer sentiment tend to be good times to buy stocks. My horizon comment is that valuations are stretched/rich (fact) so be nimble. Next 12 months stocks⬆️ Then watch for froth/bear
