Oladele. A 🇳🇬 🇬🇧
Your interaction with Nigerians in South Africa as a diplomat or representative of the Nigerian government to settle a diplomatic issue on behalf of the government or by yourself? You sound insane as a person who doesn't need to be taken seriously at all. The Nigerian government already has a representative in South Africa but you, because you want to feed your gullible followers lamba, that is why you are doing this eye service.
Peter Obi@PeterObi

My final engagement in South Africa was yesterday in Johannesburg with my interaction with Nigerians in the diaspora. The discussions were frank, emotional, and deeply reflective of the realities confronting our people both at home and abroad. The conversation was interrupted several times by passionate questions bordering on diplomacy, the treatment of Nigerians in foreign countries, the political situation back home, and the growing desire of many young Nigerians abroad to return home and contribute meaningfully to nation-building, if only the environment becomes conducive. I also reminded our people that the respect any citizen receives abroad is often tied to how respected their nation is at home. A country that works, protects its institutions, upholds justice, and cares for its people naturally commands global respect. This is why leadership and governance must remain people-oriented, accountable, and rooted in competence and integrity. While acknowledging the frustrations and pains many expressed, I emphasized the need for all of us to continue to conduct ourselves within the ambit of the law, irrespective of the provocation or difficulties we face. Nation-building demands discipline, civic responsibility, and the willingness to pursue change through constructive engagement. The interaction further reinforced my belief that Nigerians across the world remain hopeful about the future of our nation despite the present challenges. Our task as leaders is to inspire that hope with sincerity, measurable action, and a commitment to building a secure, productive, and inclusive Nigeria. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

People who think there is one messiah somewhere to rescue Nigeria are not in the destiny of this nation...they are temporal noise makers and thier noise will fade soonest

The Nigerian Story Is Bigger and Deeper Than One Man In Abuja. I am not joking when I say that I SINCERELY want Peter Obi to become the next President of Nigeria. I am extremely being sincere about that wish. I want Nigerians to finally learn that their problem is not the President, regardless of his ethnicity or tribe. Our problem is deeper than that. I am willing to bet with anyone that if Peter Obi became President in 2027 or thereafter, our wailing and weeping would double or triple. The suffering we have now would be child's play compared to it. And guess what? It won't be Peter Obi's fault. The forces warring against Nigeria are bigger than what one President can topple or address. It is systemic. It is endemic. It is structural. It is cultural. It is fundamental. Nigeria is not needing to be reformed, but to be re-imagined. Nigeria will not work until we re-imagine Nigeria. We have to approach Nigeria in a different way and manner. Someone said that Nigeria is too ethnically diverse to work as a federal state. That Nigeria has to start rethinking the current federal system. I absolutely agree. We have blamed everyone and everything without addressing the real problem, and I think that's because we are scared to address the real problem. Blaming is easy, fixing is hard. We used to blame the colonial masters. They left after much protests and calls for liberation. We then started blaming our founding fathers who became founding politicians. And then we had the first republic. And then the military ruled us. We complained. Ethnic strife and rivalry ruled. And then we had a civil war where everyone blamed everyone. And then we had the second republic. We blamed the politicians again. The military got tired of the mess (again) and ruled with an iron fist, and we started blaming the military (again). Nigerians began to lament that Nigeria would be better IF ONLY we got rid of the military and went back to civilian rule. We got rid of the military and switched back to civilian rule otherwise known as democdacy in 1999. Since 1999, it has been 27 years of uninterrupted civilian government and we are back to blaming politicians. During that 27-year period, we have had Presidents from the South-West, North-West and South-South. The only region left out is the South-East. And that's why i SINCERELY want Peter Obi to become President so that gullible people can understand that it is not about one man or one ethnicity. But that Nigeria is BROKEN. Fundamentally broken. Each time I watch people talk about Peter Obi going in to change things and turn things around, I shake my head at their naivety. I see such people as political infants and historical toddlers. They simply do not have the cerebral bandwidth to understand the history of politics in Nigeria and Nigerian history as a whole. Any one man under the current system will Fail, even if that man is Jesus Christ Himself. That's not blasphemy. That's objective fact backed by history. Your best intentions will fail in a bad system. Peter Obi will be a monumental failure as President just like his predecessors. NIGERIA under the current system and structure is doomed to fail. Like I said, Nigeria does not need Reform or a Reformer. Nigeria needs Re-imagination. And that might require some courage and uncomfortable discussions. Sometimes in order to FIX something, you have to first BREAK IT. I won't say more, but wise people already know.

They couldn't believe Tinubu could have up to 10mill votes, as in how? You see governors and senators defecting, you think it's a joke. They don't know that a lot that were obidient in 2023 are now disobidient from 2025. They claim governors have just 1 vote 🤣🤣🤣🤣 àwọn akuri.

Seems like Nigerians that are ranting on social media are different from voters. These disgruntled elements are ranting that this election is between APC or Tinubu vs Nigerians. I want to ask, who are those people on the long queue in every part of the country for the APC Primaries election? 😂 Does that mean APC import people to vote in their primaries? If those people on the long queue today at the APC Primaries are truly Nigerians, let's leave Tinubu for him 8 years. Hundred Obi, Atiku, or Amaechi cannot go toe to toe with Mr. President, unless those on the queue today are from Haiti 🇭🇹 CREDIT: B. O. OYENIYI

As seen in these pictures released by the kidnappers, this is the heartbreaking condition these innocent children are in. Tonight makes it the 10th night since one-year-old baby, little children, and school teachers were kidnapped in Ogbomosho, Oyo State. I watched some videos of the parents crying and begging. The agony in their voices is something no parent should ever experience. Pain, regret, fear… “Had I known” has now become the cry of many families. To some parents, education is no longer a thing of joy. Sending their children to school now feels like sending them into danger. For many, school is gradually becoming a source of fear instead of hope. And the painful part is we have a president who is also a grandfather 💔 President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Governor Seyi Makinde. No be life una dey live oo. A government that cannot protect innocent children has failed its people. APC government is evil😭😭

NELFUND: Keeping students in school. 70k Minimum Wage: Boosting worker income. Infrastructure: Job creation via the Coastal Highway and construction projects FX Policy: Ending the "middleman" stabilizing the market. FDI: Multi-billion dollar investments returning to our economy. Real growth isn't a magic trick., it’s about fixing the broken systems so the next generation doesn't suffer the same issues. Real growth is not overnight. Subsidy was removed so things would get costlier until the economy stabilized Things were not cheap back then bcus the economy was great it was bcus of the subsidies that almost led us to bankruptcy.

@Flohairs Can you mention how Tinubu policies and reforms has improved the quality of life and living condition of ordinary Nigerians
