"Congrats" is a betrayal of the word congratulations. Con-gra-tu-la-tions is intentionally long. It requires sacrifice, time, syllables, effort, enunciation. It should feel like a pattern interrupt as you write or say it. That's the point of it. Castrate it to two punchy syllables (down from FIVE!) and you violate the spirit of the word -- a slow, expansive celebration of the honoree. Say Congratulations slowly, emphatically. Words are spells, and must be cast correctly.

@danbucholtz I live in central, work in eastern, and a good chunk of the company is pacific. I get a solid 3 hour block of productivity every morning and at the end of the day still have hope for sunlight in the winter months.

@walkingriver @input For the consumer the binding would be the same, but the type of ListKeyManagerOption.disabled is an optional boolean and not signal-aware.

@ChrisTotty @input Interesting. I was under the impression that the surface level API was identical, and that consumers of your component have no idea whether your input is a signal or not.

If you have an input on an Angular component that you know will never change, does it make sense to use a signal? @Input() title: string; title = input.required<string>(); For consistency, I'd probably make it a signal anyway, but it's really not necessary. Thoughts?

@Armandotrue I'm not a smoker, but 5 minutes feels about right if I have to attend a bunch of meetings throughout the day. My strategy these days is to try to block off 8:00 - noon and then simply write off the afternoon entirely.

Having 30 minutes of free time between meetings is useless.
