Today is a special day for two reasons:
I turn 40 and I'm in the best shape of my life. My last DEXA scan clocked in at 9% body fat. The lowest body fat and most muscle I've ever carried. And more meaningfully, my biomarkers dramatically improved across the board. Blood panels, inflammation markers, cardiovascular indicators. The inside matches the outside. That hits differently than any number on a scale ever could.
Six months ago, the only thing that got me out of bed at 5am was a bet.
I'm not ashamed of that. Sometimes we need an external reason to do what we already know we should. @bp22 gave me that reason... a high-stakes, ego-on-the-line, financially uncomfortable reason to fall in love with suffering. And fall in love I did. Six months of choosing pain until it slowly became the best part of my day.
The real test starts now.
Not because there's money on the line. Not because anyone is watching. But because I know what it feels like to live in a body that works and I don't want to give that up.
@bp22 , eternal gratitude for the match that lit the fire.
Tarik , thank you for helping me build the foundation early in the challenge in Dubai.
Ryan and Johnny— thank you for coaching me, generously and honestly, across the finish line.
And to everyone who showed up for me along the way: the check-ins, the encouragement, the genuine care ,I felt every bit of it. Thank you.
This is the floor. Everything gets built on top of it.

why would people try when the 2024-2026 recipe for success is as follows:
1. Viewbot blatantly
2. Rely on the fact that real world celebrities, athletes, and/or groups of party women don't understand viewbotting thus when you invite them to your stream they think they are joining in on the new generation's next big thing, but in reality they are just being used to legitimize the viewbotter's channel, which in turn brings in real traffic. (The guests are actually more of the attraction than the streamer at the start).
3. Use these collaborations or other collaborations to make the hyper-inflated viewcount appear to be justified in the average person's analytically ignorant mind.
4. Pay for clippers, clippers rely on algorithms and spam posting that can make a 5 viewer streamer look like they are the viral next big thing.
5. Combine the blatant viewbotting, the clipping and the collaborations with celebrities/athletes/party women, and there you have it, almost every single "30K" viewer streamer in today's streaming world.

Becoming a social media influencer is the most desired career in the United States and yet no one seems to want to put in the actual work to become one.
There’s this perception that it’s difficult but in reality basically no one even tries.
- Only 10% of Podcasts survive to episode 3. 90% of those quit before episode 20. You are in the top 1% of surviving podcasts if you upload just 21 episodes.
- About 85% of Youtube channels don’t upload more than 5 videos.
- About 90% of creators quit within 90 days of starting their channel, on any platform.
- In livestreaming, over 70% of streamers quit by 6 months. 90% will quit within their first year.
- 10% of X users are responsible for 92% of all tweets. (Pew Research Center)
- If you upload 20 pieces of content consistently on any platform you are past 99% of people who ever tried.
- A 26-week study (by Buffer) of 100,000+ creators showed that if you post in 20 or more weeks in the 26 week window you see 450% more growth than if you post in 4 week windows or fewer, *regardless of your content quality.*
If you take 100 people interested in content creation who you think you are competing with, you are really competing with only a single person out of those 100 who might stay consistent. That person is probably not even in your niche.
Your success in content creation depends on your ability to push past fear and post consistently.
Just a reminder that you are never competing against anyone in content creation. You’re competing against yourself.
