@dougboneparth Ok I just took a 100k loan out at 36% APR. Putting it leveraged meme stock calls and not going to even look at it for the next month! Thanks for the advice!!

I found a wealth building loophole you’re not going to believe. If you prudently invest your money and don’t touch it for a long period of time, you’ll have even more money. Follow me for more money tips.

@RaminNasibov Proximity to power sources are important. Putting a data center next to a gas pipeline in Texas is better and less expensive than a data center on the Alaskan coast that requires 1000s of miles of gas pipelines to be built.

@Banana3Stocks I agree but wouldnt be surprised if we have another red day or two before we see the market go back to ATHs. Institutions want to flush out the scared money as much as possible before they keep ripping the market higher

$SPY $QQQ This is about it for this pullback that everyone started predicting 10% to 20% corrections and crashes S&P earnings are still going higher despite the Iran conflict It’s an earnings story not a euphoria story - nor is it a consumer story If the Iran conflict ends and Oil comes down substantially then earnings revisions will even be revised higher 👀 and consumer sentiment will improve

I genuinely can’t spend my codex tokens fast enough. I mostly build stock trading algorithmic scripts. What are other people using codex for and how should I spend my tokens?

@mukund Next time go to La Rustica down on the water in West Seattle. Amazing view and food and no weird payments from what I recall.

I rarely eat out. Maybe once a month. Went yesterday to a restaurant (Italian, Mediterranean) in West Seattle for Mother’s Day last night. Total for 5 of us ( we don’t drink alcohol) with one salad, humus and 3 vegetarian pastas was $97 The check said 3.5% surcharge for credit card. Then 17% service fee, mandatory. Then tips were 20% 22% and 25% optional. I asked if I could pay in cash. No. They don’t take cash. Then how can I avoid the credit card fee I asked. You can’t. So I asked why the service charge. It pays for the employees they said. Then why the tip I asked. It pays for front office staff I don’t get it.

This makes complete sense to me. Imagine an employee at Google or any publicly traded company. They are compensated by both an annual salary and equity, typically in the form of RSU or stock options. What Steph is saying is that he feels like NBA players should be compensated the same way, which I think is fair. If youre directly contributing to the success, growth and profitably of a company, then you should be able to reap the benefits of that growth rather than be limited to just your base salary. In the case of most NBA players obviously their salary makes up the majority of their compensation, but if owners gave players less salary and a higher equity compensation then that could greatly reward and incentivize all players to have more franchise loyalty or go to a small market team where maybe there is more upside compared to one of the league juggernauts like the warriors, lakers or celtics.

Steph Curry says NBA players are underpaid "I think because the way the CBA is structured right now, we can't participate in equity. And that's a big deal because it’s a partnership with ownership, the league and we're on the short term of that revenue" "The idea that we can't participate in equity while we're playing is a part of why I would say yes, we are underpaid because you want to be able to participate in that rise" "I know we're blessed to be in a position where we're playing basketball for a living, and these are the type of checks that people are earning" "Hopefully sooner than later those rules change a little bit so that players can participate more in the upside of team equity. I think we deserve it"

MICRON $MU CEO SAYS THE COMPANY CAN ONLY SUPPLY 50-65% OF WHAT CUSTOMERS NEED RIGHT NOW This isn’t just Micron, Samsung, or SK Hynix. It’s a full-stack constraint that benefits the broader memory and storage ecosystem, including NAND from $SNDK and $WDC, capacity-driven disks from $STX, and system-level storage platforms and arrays from $P. AI demand for DRAM is outpacing supply by an “unprecedented” gap. New fabs take years, and the shortage is expected to persist beyond 2026.
