Neymar had 3 or 4 Seasons where he was brilliant, mainly at Barcelona. He has done very little since. A bit like Ronaldinho who was amazing to watch but in reality had maybe 5 peak seasons (but backed it up with a World Cup). Rooney was consistent for minimum 10-12 years.

A reminder that only 5yrs before Michael Owens debut you could be in midfield, turn, leather the ball back 60yards into your goalie & he could pick up then do that again...
We watch every player for 90mins a week now due to tv coverage & rarely miss the poor performances players served up a lot back then too 👌

@WestMidsLoyal @RangersFC Aarons should never play again. He has proven over 8 or 9 games that he isn't good enough either defensively or in attack. Got cut slack for playing LB but he has been worse at RB and that red card tonight was a cop out from a player who can't handle the pressure.
