@leechi2_ That’s what I do and I’m not gonna lie I still binge sometimes but definitely a LOT less than I used to so it’s worth it. And over time I’ve gotten better about binging so much too so it just takes time to get used to.

is eating the exact same things every day helpful for weight loss and suppressing binge urges? i might start doing this
