i’m still convinced that all the weight that i’ve lost is water weight

i’m genuinely afraid of ordering food at restaurants because i’ll never know exactly how many calories i’m eating

i kinda miss having late night snacks or meals but now i can’t do that because it only triggers binging

progressively losing weight just fuels the urge to reach a lower bmi

some days i look forward to my next meal and other days i cut my intake as low as possible to feel lightheaded again

when i’m lowkey full while eating and remember that i don’t have to finish everything

why is it so embarrassing to be hungry when no one else is
