Actually, people care more than you think. Sure, it's important to have a pretty UI, but if the code is shit, people will bump into problems fast, turning it into a bad experience overall, and will abandon the product, no matter how good it looks. There are products that are made pretty to impress VCs, and there are products that are made to work and look decent, no need to go super pretty, it needs to do a good enough job and solve real problems.

I think that the UI/UX Designer is more important as a role than a Developer. May be controversial, but look at it like this: Almost everyone love good looking stuff. They won't care about the code behind it.

CSS Nesting has hit Firefox 117, so as of August 29, we will have it in every browser!

I've been on their private beta and tested the browser, it was pretty nice, but didn't use it much. Now that is live for everyone I might switch to it, just to see if I can get used to all the great features that somehow for me feel a bit overwhelming. Waiting for the Windows version too.
