@AGPamBondi Those laws apply to liberal families, too. The laws cover ALL Americans, not just the ones who have an R after their names.

Hate speech that crosses the line into threats of violence is NOT protected by the First Amendment. It’s a crime. For far too long, we’ve watched the radical left normalize threats, call for assassinations, and cheer on political violence. That era is over.
Under 18 U.S.C. § 875(c), it is a federal crime to transmit “any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another.” Likewise, 18 U.S.C. § 876 and 18 U.S.C. § 115 make it a felony to threaten public officials, members of Congress, or their families.
You cannot call for someone’s murder. You cannot swat a Member of Congress. You cannot dox a conservative family and think it will be brushed off as “free speech.” These acts are punishable crimes, and every single threat will be met with the full force of the law.
Free speech protects ideas, debate, even dissent but it does NOT and will NEVER protect violence.
It is clear this violent rhetoric is designed to silence others from voicing conservative ideals.
We will never be silenced. Not for our families, not for our freedoms, and never for Charlie. His legacy will not be erased by fear or intimidation.

@Seanunionguy @RossKneeDeep @PerfectOurUnion No. One look in the comments, and you'll see the majority of them are from white guys absolutely triggered by a black man's thoughts on the subject. MAGA is all about racism and xenophobia.
English

@RossKneeDeep @PerfectOurUnion I don’t hate anyone, I hope everyone prospers as long as doesn’t hurt my family or my country
You’re misguided and believe the BS
It’s 100% about policy
English

Leaving MAGA was one of the most difficult decisions of my life. I allowed myself to believe, and act upon, Trump's and the GOP's lies. Furthermore, the prospects of walking away from a community and second family begot a personal tumult and turmoil; it took me a year to finally leave MAGA.
I implore everyone to show grace to any Trump voter who expresses remorse, and is willing to make amends for past actions and rhetoric that may have hurt others.

@JustaGirl_Jedi @ABC 1. Guess how companies make up for the extra costs? They pass it along to the consumer.
2. It's best not to write in all caps; it looks like you're screaming in the Tweet.
3. The news is supposed to be critical of any administration. They are the watchdogs.

@ABC MORE DISINFORMATION FROM ABC NEWS.
THE TARRIF PERCENTAGE GOES TO THE COST OF THE MANUFACTURING COST, NOT THE MARKUP.
SO IF IT COSTS 40 CENTS TO MAKE, THAT IS WHAT THE TARRIF PERCENTAGE APPLIES TO, NOT THE MARKUP, WHICH IS THE THE SELLER SELLS IT FOR IN THE US.

Amazon is reportedly planning to display tariff costs for consumers, prompting public pushback from White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt on Tuesday. abcnews.link/asf99tE

@AlastairJanko @CBSNews Why do you think it's irrelevant?
I realize people get their information from other sources; that's a big part of the problem. Facebook is not a good source for accurate information, for example.
English

@ChristinaJ77 @CBSNews In terms of news media, it doesn’t exist.
It’s a different world. The legacy news media is irrelevant. People find their news via other means.
English

DOGE says it has saved $160 billion. Those cuts have cost taxpayers $135 billion, one analysis says. cbsn.ws/445WbRF
English

@AlastairJanko @CBSNews What do you consider news then?
English

@ChristinaJ77 @CBSNews CBS news is the apparatchik propaganda arm.
English

@AlastairJanko @CBSNews It still is; it hasn't changed. CBS remains a watchdog of the government. People's viewpoints on what constitutes news have changed, however.

@DiaryofaSickGrl The CONSTANT fatigue. Not just "I could use a nap" fatigue but bone-crushing fatigue.
English

@SweatEm @LeadingReport The courts are independent of the White House. That's how our government is set up. It's called checks and balances. Also, you can't break the law without consequences.
English

@LeadingReport I thought this administration was pro business?
English

@thescript God bless you, Mark. You are missed and loved. Sending love to you guys.❤️🙏

Can’t believe it’s been two years. Feels like yesterday we were in the studio working on the next tune. Your impact on this world will never be forgotten. And with each year your legend only grows further. We’ll continue on what you started. Miss you brother x
Love and prayers to everyone
Who’s missing this man a little more than normal today. 💔

@TristanSnell Do you actually realize how stupid you people sound? A married woman who takes her husband’s name, birth certificate will never match her drivers license. And can you provide the language in the bill that reflect your statement?

@Julius_Kim I thought the same thing. I survived an abusive ex.

@magaXmahagirl @ABC It's an article. You have to click on it, and the article will open so you can read it.

@ABC They seriously want us to believe they both died nearly at the same time? I have a bridge to sell to anyone who believes that.

@LeahRemini I'm so sorry for your loss, Leah. He seemed like such a great guy. I'm so grateful for the two of you dedicating your lives to exposing the abuses and injustices and helping others get through the aftermath. 🩷🙏

In early January, I was on a plane to Florida with Claire Headley to see our friend Mike Rinder in what ended up being his final days.
I brought up an idea: Would the board of the Aftermath Foundation consider renaming the organization in Mike’s honor?
The Aftermath Foundation is a nonprofit organization with the mission of helping those who want to leave Scientology and the Sea Org but lack a system of support they can rely on while getting on their feet in the outside world.
The Aftermath Foundation was inspired by our A&E documentary series and those who were brave enough to tell us their stories, but the truth is, without Mike’s position in Scientology and his fearless fight to expose them after he escaped, there would have been no Aftermath series—no movement like this at all.
Many of our courageous contributors asked to share their stories largely due to Mike’s position in Scientology and his unwavering courage.
Before I could even finish my thought, Claire said tearfully, “Yes, let me take it to the board.” Within 24 hours, the board unanimously agreed. The Aftermath Foundation is now named the Michael J. Rinder Aftermath Foundation.
I had hoped Claire and I would be able to tell Mike about this together—I had naively and wholeheartedly believed he was going to pull through.
It’s been nearly two months since Mike’s passing, and if I am being completely honest and vulnerable, I haven’t been able to get over this loss. I’ve only left the house four times in a month, and I still can’t find peace with my reality without him.
I hope you all had a chance to read Mike’s final post on his blog and honor him by continuing to do the work he dedicated his life to, in whatever way you can.
I have linked to Mike’s final post at the end of this post.
Please keep Mike’s memory alive and honor his legacy by continuing the fight. We all miss Mike very much, and my world just feels off its axis. But we will keep working to expose Scientology and David Miscavige for what they are, and we will do it in Mike’s name.
Thank you to the board of the Michael J. Rinder Aftermath Foundation for bringing Mike’s name into your important legacy, and thank you, in particular, to all those who help grant recipients get back on their feet after they make the brave decision to escape from Scientology.
I also want to personally thank all of you who made a contribution to the college fund of Mike and Christie’s son Jack. Raising money for that fund was one of Mike’s final wishes.
