@richardmadden @StewyKingEFC Hello Richard, every item we sell is made to order and we advise up to 10 working days for production and dispatch. A small amount of orders have gone over this. There are delays with Royal Mail, but if you have received a dispatch notice it will be with you soon.

@StewyKingEFC @ChristmasCo I ordered from them on the 25th November. Was only dispatched on Sunday and still not arrived. Tracking code won't update until Royal Mail attempts to deliver. Pretty poor show all round.

@ChristmasCo Any chance of an update on order number 413529. Ordered 27th November and is yet to even be despatched according to website so can't blame royal mail.... Yet! Is it going to arrive before Christmas?
