When stroke hit 19 weeks ago I was left limping dragging my left leg along. Pushing myself to run helped me regain strength in my leg. And I’ll be running a 10k for @NacoaUK in July. Everyone’s stroke recovery is different. But running, Lego, piano & Shakespeare is helping me.

This is what it is to be Jewish and go to synagogue in @MayorofLondon’s London. Coming out the tube to chants of the ‘River to the sea’ - the call to murder Jews.

Does Keir Starmer condemn this? Muslim Hijab wearing London police officer has to be protected by other officers from Muslim pro-Palestinian protesters.

I appreciate that many people will understandably be frightened by what they are seeing at the Unite the Kingdom demonstration today. The right to protest is fundamental. But it can’t be a cover for inciting hatred. We must stand against attempts to inflame and divide us.

SHOCKING EXCL: “Shoot him in the neck like Charlie Kirk” far-left protesters call for Tommy Robinson to be “hung like Mussolini”. I don’t think incitement to violence on EITHER side is right. Calling for anyone’s death is too far.

I’ll always champion peaceful protest. But the Unite the Kingdom march organisers are peddling hatred and division. We’ve already blocked visas for far-right agitators who want to come here to spew their extremist views. They don't speak for the decent, fair, respectful Britain I know.

Here’s Andy Burnham having a run. Politicians are a very strange bunch. So many of them like to get the TV cameras on them when they are jogging. Even the rather hefty Boris Johnson repeatedly did this. Why do politicians do this sort of thing? It’s so weird.

Keir Starmer in full control mode with Sadiq Khan. In the crisis room, surveillance screens filming London in real time, roads blocked off, sterile zones, armored vehicles ready… all this to crush a patriotic march "Unite The Kingdom"! Refusing to resign, muzzling his people who are FED UP… That's called a DICTATOR, period, end of story. Leftist elites are trembling in the face of the popular awakening. ENOUGH! - @Gdams70

Unbelievable hypocrisy. You don’t champion peaceful protest. If you did, you wouldn’t be accusing UTK and the world’s politically right ring speakers of hatred and division and being “far right”, while allowing violent Hamas marches and lefty paid activists, JSO, Momentum et al to continue to cause criminal damage and attack police officers! Do you even know the meaning of “far right”?! You are anti British, communist, authoritarian and anti freedom of speech that doesn’t fit your agenda. Talk about fascist! Just get lost you gaslighting clown!

The government has chosen to go all out against tomorrow's Unite The Kingdom march in London, organised by @TRobinsonNewEra. I'm sad that is the choice they've taken. I went to last year's event, and was surprised by what I saw. They'd painted it as a far right nazi rally, but it really wasn't. I spoke at length with Tommy / Stephen about it in an interview shortly after, which has become one of the most popular interviews I have ever done. If you've never heard him speak calmly and at length about his mission, I recommend watching it. youtu.be/NDtAtovop6Q You can also read my Spectator column about the rally itself: jonsac.substack.com/p/the-truth-ab…

The PM has shifted from ‘Island of Strangers’ empathy for people worried about mass migration to hysterical denunciations. The only thing these positions have in common is that both are products of Keir Starmer’s desperation and failure. x.com/keir_starmer/s…

We will block far right agitators from traveling to Britain this weekend for a march designed to confront and provoke our diverse capital city. We will not allow people to come to the UK, threaten our communities and spread hate on our streets.
