I am strongly opposed to the plan for ICE to put a detention center in the Kenneth B. Keating Federal Building in downtown Rochester. This proposal would turn a civic building – in the heart of our community – into a site of detention, fear, and division.

My politics are whatever gets both of these loud foreign women out of my country forever.

@News_8 So did the drill go off track(contractor error), was the aquifer not mapped accurately, or what exactly occurred that a significant error like this could happen? Why not have a mitigation plan for an occurrence like this already approved so not to waste time in approvals? 😡

@majorethan28 @News_8 I believe the plan is to bore under the river to connect the output of the solar farm on one side of the river to the Grid on the other side of the river. And they have to be so deep I believe stems from the permit requirement for not affecting the river.
