We conservative / not crazy Demoncrat Texans tend to be lazy when it comes to midterm, off-cycle and local elections. The Demoncrats are energized, we need to be more energized. I hope the single issue and “Purity test” voters cast aside their objections to Paxton and show up to vote against Talarico.

It's kind of a slow news day, so when I woke up I wondered what I would write about. Then some Democrat retired Navy admiral accused me of stolen valor and it became time to just sit back and watch X do what X does. The eagerness of some people to label excellent writing as "AI slop" angers me. Just because someone has a better vocabulary than you and is highly skilled at creating vivid imagery where words resonate at a visceral level does NOT mean it was authored by AI. If you want to accuse an author of cheating via AI, you damned well better bring receipts. There are many AI detectors out there. USE THEM. Otherwise you just come off as jealous because someone is a better writer than you are.

The “Homeless” issue has largely been created by the suicidal empathy of the far left, faux intellectuals in higher education, and NGOs. The truly homeless are deserving of of private charity and sympathy. Government is incapable of doing good, it is a necessary evil that needs to be constricted, not fed.

You don’t even have to research this dude; just listen to him scam. Here’s just one example from that interview. Did you notice he spent a good amount of time talking about how easily he can build housing for the homeless? But his very last line in the video is, “We have the facilities.” So if we have the facilities, why does he need to build on federal land that we don’t have?

The level of disdain Spencer Pratt has for the unhoused is disgusting. And if you’re fine with this kind of talk, I don’t want to know you. Josh Haskell: “What are your plans for the over 40,000 homeless people in Los Angeles?” Spencer Pratt: “Well, they’re not homeless. They’re drug addicts. My thoughts go out to Tulsi Gabbard and her family, as her husband battles this serious health problem. I hope and pray that he makes a speedy and full recovery. While the circumstances around her departure are deserving of our sympathy, let’s be clear: Tulsi Gabbard’s only positive contribution to our nation's national security is her resignation. She politicized intelligence. She dismantled critical agencies keeping Americans safe. She weaponized the IC to pursue baseless election fraud claims. And more. We must ensure that her tenure — marked by a devotion to the person of the president and not to the security of the country — represents a terrible exception at DNI and not the new normal.
