Sadly @Ticketmaster uses an algorithm for the queue which gives the same accounts good spots or bad spots for each show until they make a change on their end. This is why you will see the same fan or broker get tickets to multiple BTS shows while you wait an hour in the queue and get nothing.

Brokers are getting very upset with @StubHub recently. Seems like they are charging people multiple times, not handling disputes in a timely fashion and straight up not responding to claims. Also their customer support apparently doesn’t speak english very well. Not great
