Politics is broken when a rally cry to NOT gerrymander more is based on a state being the most gerrymandered Republican state in America. How have we let this happen to ourselves in this country??

Plantiffs have to bring a claim and prove it is in court you've got it exactly backwards A citizen (state) doesn't have to prove they didn't break a law. The government (state) has to prove they did.
