Unbelievably, this is my breakfast this morning. My body has recently decided that it is going to rebel against my lifestyle. I’ve tried beating it into submission, but it kept winning. So I’ll be healthy for a bit, lose a stone or two over the next couple of months and can then have business as usual again.
