Before Obidients kill us with propaganda and their Otti worship, the Abia integrated power project was first conceived in 2004 by Orji Uzor, it was delayed but construction started in 2008, phase one was completed in 2013
It stalled again for a few years due to regulatory problems until 2023 when Tinubu became president and made every amendment possible to bring it home, Otti didn’t do a lot tbh but I’m happy for the people of Abia
