Sir Alex Ferguson built Manchester United from the ground up, then dominated the Premier League with sustained excellence across 21 years, with 13 titles, building Manchester United into the biggest club in the world alongside Real Madrid.
He rebuilt his teams over & over, he defeated everyone who challenged him. The money wasn't endless, he didn't have a blank chequebook, he didn't walk into a club built for him & he also didn't have the biggest cheating scandal in PL history hanging over his club.
Importantly, the Premier League literally doesn't exist as it does today without him. The money & popularity of it, it all traces back to him. It's why he's the GOAT.

Pep Guardiola has a better Premier League legacy than Alex Ferguson.

The post from Football Tweet is inaccurate:
1. sir Alex Ferguson has 16 (should be 17 technically), not just 13 as he won 3 with Aberdeen
2. Sir Alex won his 16 titles without controversy, while Pep’s eras at Barcelona and Man City have faced/still facing court cases, one for alleged bribery and the other for irregular financial dealings through offshore payments
3. Pep Guardiola has managed Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Manchester City, while Sir Alex started with Stirlingshire, St Mirren, Aberdeen and then Manchester United
4. When Pep took over at Barcelona, they had won 2 of the last 4 La Liga seasons and a champions league just 2 seasons before his appointment
5. When sir Alex took over at St Mirren, they were a midtable team struggling. he then assembled a young squad and promoted the team by winning the Scottish first division with them with an average age of just 19 (his captain was only 20 yrs old)
6. When Pep took over Bayern Munich, they were treble winners, sweeping every major trophy including the UEFA Champions League
7. When Sir Alex took over Aberdeen, they had won the league only once in their history and had not won it in 23 years. He went on to win it 3x and that remains the last time any club outside Celtic or Rangers has won the Scottish league
8. When Pep took over Manchester City, they were Premier League champions.
9. When Sir Alex took over at Manchester United, United had not won the league in 19 years. He then won the Premier League 13x with mostly kids in his first titles
10. Sir Alex won an European trophy with Aberdeen and remains the only manager in the last four decades to beat Real Madrid in a major European final.
The ability to transform struggling teams into dominant forces legitimately without financial tricks or a secret doctor preparing concoctions for players is what makes Sir Alex the 🐐 manager.

Pep Guardiola is just ONE league title away from matching Alex Ferguson’s record across Europe’s top five leagues — and he’s done it 12 years quicker. ⏳🔥 If Pep Guardiola isn't the GOAT manager, then who is?

@BismacIv @staffy_tv @KalshiEPL Is that your response? I wanna see when Shitty finally descend and justice is served. If that doesn't happen, you're still far below Glorious Manchester United, and at the end it's all that matters.

@staffy_tv @KalshiEPL Also didn't have the performance-enhanced unlimited and corrupted money from their also corrupted owners (in Shitty). Serial cheaters.

@KalshiEPL Sir Alex didn’t coach Bayern, he also faced prime Jose & Wenger while Pep is facing Arteta

@nunca_estoy @Luxiin Si, respeten.
