@ConsumersNCC I paid for MTN FiberX since 23 March. Installation was done on 29 March but it wasn’t activated. Since then, I have complained severally via calls and mails but MTN have permanently failed and refused to resolve or activate my router. my ID is FN223586 @MTNNG

@Big_gracee @MTN180 @ConsumersNCC @MTNNG They just did after dragging them everywhere. Mail, calls, twitter and even Facebook. I think complaining to @ConsumersNCC and tagging them is the best way out. Finally using it since March 29, 2026.

@MTNNG you guys need to be more responsive on fixing issues regarding your FiberX downdtime issues. Saying you are working on it all the time since over a week not is very appalling. I have complained severally and all I always get is same pre-programmed responses from your CC

What have you done in a non-confrontational manner to address this situation with the person involved? Remember, this person as a tenant has as much right to live their lives how they seem fit. You’re not paying their rent, neither are they paying yours. I know people can sometimes be unruly when they feel attacked. Just have a neighborly conversation and appeal to their understanding by letting them know you have an infant can solve this issue. If that doesn’t work, reach out to your landlord to help intervene. If reporting straight to NDLEA was your first approach, madam that’s not cool. We should not be involving law enforcement when we can solve our own problems. I hope you guys work this out amicably. On another subject, I see you sell supplements. Tag me on your products so some of my X friends can see and patronize you. @AirtelNigeria why will I have an unlimited 20k monthly 5G plan and I still can't access internet. I have restarted the 5g severally yet it's not connecting to internet. I just renewed my subscription last week and the network signal for the 5g is on green. What's happening????

@BensonIHenry2 He is quite right. Why should a state expend resources on courses that will not immediately or directly impact it's citizens. I will rather send Doctors, Engineers and Pharmacists overseas if I am a governor.
